Delivery Menu Update - Jackie

For those that gave me feedback, here is the FroyoWorld Delivery Menu with some changes. The empty white space is for direct mailing postage space (still needs to be added). I am still struggling with the hierarchy of the cover.

    Jackie - You have, for the most part, solved the hierarchy issue on the cover - much better.
