Self-Branding: Christopher Choi

Here is my self-branding package. I am aiming for a sports design because after college i would like to go into corporate identity and later get into sports apparel. I would like your opinion on my stationery package and was wondering if it reflect my design style. I do apologize for the lack of information i can't think straight at moment, a slight headache

  1. The swoop is a nice addition. On the resume the text in the left seems to be too far away from the rest. Maybe if the it swooped a little less the text could be moved. On back of the envelope your logo is hanging a little off. It is not doing it any where else so it is odd that it is there.

  2. Chris - to help you experiment with colors here, which you were wondering about in class, I suggest you go to this website. It's a great help with considering color palettes, and it based on color fundamentals:

If that doesn't get you there, try to google colorschemedesigner

    A few design suggestions:
    1. Move the background design to the right, to sit correctly under your logo on the envelope return address area
    2. You might want to consider allowing the text to follow the curve in the Skills list which currently sits FR on your resume.
    3. Have someone proof this, or print it and hand it to me in class so no typos are present (I can't read it on screen at this size.

I can't wait to see this become more energized with a new color palette!
